It helps when I saw there's something about food in my blog to have food in my blog. Don't you think? I'm not trying to lose credibility here. My dad came for a visit about two weeks ago and decided because I was barking hungry, whining there's no food at home (Life of a nursing student and a child of a CNA. We get no food!!) that he'd be nice enough to treat me out to eat. Oh boy did I get a treat. I love thai food. LOVE IT!! I'm a sucker for pad thai, pad see ew, tom kha kai (any Thai people out there if I killed the spelling I beg your forgiveness.) so on and so forth. Anyways it wasn't the food that gave me a shock it was the location of the place he took me to. Some nice snazzy little place in Redlands. Looked like you took a date to for a night out. No just no. I could sigh in relief I dressed the part as it looked fancy.
On to the important part. Since it was fancy restaurant proportions are what you call small to medium. Not your typical family style restaurant size where you share or take home after the meal. Which for me was not bad considering the taste of the food was just up to par to hole in the wall restaurants. The cost though, was horrendous for me. I mean thirty dollars for three plates. It was obvious you're buying into the atmosphere. Would I recommend it? For a date yes, for pigging out? Good luck stretching your wallet. There you have it. And the name of this fancy restaurant? Mu...yes Mu...
Mooo?
NOOO Mu!
That is all. See you guys soon! Enjoy the meal!
