Okay cheesy title aside. This is my first cosplay ever. There could be a lot of improvements such as getting the right sweater and correct color of blonde hair. For now it'll do. This is the last post in the series of Anime Expo. Hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I did. I'm thinking of going to anime conventions again just to practice my photography. Seems like fun and I'm around people who want to get photographed. I'm sorry that I couldn't give you the name of cosplayers cause I was too chicken to talk to them after. I know next time I go I'll make time to talk to them more. Gotta be brave and put myself out there. I want to do private photoshoots even though I'm not great yet but I want to try! Just...umm anyone have tips how to do full body shots with a crop sensor camera and 50 mm lens?
Onto a short story. I knew it'd be too expensive to keep up the blonde hair I had or even try to make it lighter so I decided I would put it to one last use and searched the internet for a blonde character. Ironically I had seen Kuroko no Basket around cosplay sites for a while and decided to check out what was this anime. I fell instantly for it. There's just something about handsome guys playing sports that is so...fascinating. Well, I went on a marathon watching the whole first season of the anime and tried to make a huge dent to get caught up to the manga(as of four days ago I'm finally caught up with the latest 221 chapters). That was the first time I got so excited for a series in such a long time. I know I don't look the best Kise out there but I hope next year when I work out a little more and able to get a proper wig, contacts and his basket ball uniform I'll look better. For now hope you guys like his middle school uniform. I know one person at Anime Expo did. Fan girled all over me. It was a nice sentiment. :D
