Back to Basics

I think because of the exchange student I had around last year I got into some habits that she had shared with. One of them was the happy moment of receiving written mail. I'm happy to write and it's been nice to send cute paper to my friends. Although, right now I may not get any letters back it's just fun writing again without the pressure of writing like a long story. I know I blog but there's something about pen and paper. I'm even trying my cursive again. Let's just say my handwriting sucks but hey I like the act of sending stuff in the mail.  The only downside that stationery is a little pricey so I've decided to buy blank ones and try to decorate it with my own look. It's pushing me to try to draw. Well I can't draw....I can copy though. I'm not proud of that but it's a start. It'd be great to have stacks of paper for the rest of the year and envelopes so I can send to people whenever I want. And included in my mail I like to insert a polaroid. I guess more on that camera later. Tell me about your 'back to basics' story. Have you guys decided to go vintage with certain technology?

How should I describe myself? Should I go into a long rant about me and what I like? Or is a list easier for your eyes? I think a small paragraph should do.
